Structure Characteristics of Flexible LED Displays

onQ's flexible LED displays are built on a flexible PCB substrate that enables bending radii from as tight as 500mm, allowing the display to conform to curved walls, cylindrical columns, concave and convex surfaces, and custom architectural forms. The flexible module system maintains precise pixel alignment across curved surfaces, ensuring consistent image quality regardless of the installation geometry.

High Refresh Rate for Smooth Video Content

onQ's flexible LED displays feature high refresh rates that ensure smooth, flicker-free video content even when captured by cameras or viewed under high-speed lighting conditions. This makes flexible LED displays suitable for broadcast and media environments, retail activations where content will be photographed or filmed, and any application where video quality is a priority.

Lightweight Construction for Architectural Integration

The flexible substrate and lightweight LED module construction of onQ's flexible displays significantly reduces the structural load compared to rigid LED panel systems, expanding the range of architectural environments where large-format LED displays can be installed. Lightweight flexible LED modules can be mounted on surfaces that would not support the weight of conventional rigid LED cabinets.

Content can be mapped to the specific geometry of each installation to ensure accurate, distortion-free presentation on curved and custom-shaped surfaces.
