Retailers were buying screens from one vendor, software from another, content from a third, and analytics from a fourth. Nobody owned the full picture. Nobody was accountable for the outcome.

Today, onQ Digital is Australia's only vertically integrated retail media infrastructure company. We own and operate every layer of the in-venue media stack from the physical screen asset through to the programmatic auction and the advertiser invoice.

onQ Digital was established in Melbourne, Victoria, with a clear mandate: to build the infrastructure layer that the Australian retail and media industry was missing. In the early years, we focused on delivering high-quality commercial display hardware and installation services to premium retail and automotive clients.

As our client base grew, so did the complexity of what they needed. National rollouts. Multi-site content management. Proof-of-play reporting. Programmatic advertising. Audience measurement. Each new requirement revealed the same gap in the market: no single provider could deliver the full stack. So we built it.

Today, David Jones partnered with us to launch David Jones Amplify™. Bunnings engaged us to deliver 300 screens across 150 warehouses for Hammer Media. Mitsubishi Motors Australia relies on us to manage interactive screens and video walls across their national dealer network. We are proud of what we have built. And we are only getting started.

All data is processed on-device and reported in aggregate.

In-Store Audio

Fully managed in-store audio as a complementary media channel. onQ's audio platform delivers brand-curated music programming, scheduled audio advertising, and real-time campaign management all governed through the same onQCMS platform that controls your screen network.
